Gyms across the nation are starting to open there doors and while our home state New Jersey is NOT quite there yet Synergy Fitness is getting creative. “WE ARE OPEN” is the slogan you here coming out of Synergy’s Fit Base … Open for outdoor classes, small group and 1 on 1 training. “The market will dictate where we need to be and right now there seems to be a demand in the market for outdoor fitness” While it’s not the same as being fully open it’s Definitely better than being closed .

We can bring the same variety of high energy classes right into our parking lot. Yoga, Metcon, barre , boot camps and boxing … You name it and we’re doing it. Hopefully, soon, Like many gyms Synergy Fitness will be aloud to open its doors in some sort of capacity but for now we are hitting the pavement and zooming it up!
